Carrie has always been involved in the Real Estate industry.  Having a father who is a contractor, she was anxious to learn the industry at a very young age.  This eventually led to her successfully working with contractors, developers, buyers and sellers.


Carrie graduated from the Florida Real Estate Institute and received her Real Estate sales license right after graduating from high school.  In addition to getting her Real Estate license, Carrie went on to the University of Florida to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Public Relations.  Since, she has become a licensed Real Estate Broker and received her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation to further her knowledge in today’s real estate market.

Carrie is involved in all aspects of real estate.  Her success begins with an expert ability to listen to the client’s needs and deliver the perfect solution.  She is well-rounded with experience in all areas of the industry.  Whether it is working with buyers who are searching for their first home, an executive who is selling an estate, searching for the perfect commercial site, marketing large commercial developments, dealing with acreage or rentals, she can help.  Carrie also has experience with relocation and has worked with corporate employers in the area such as Target, SuperValu, Shands Lake Shore Regional Medical Center and New Millenium Steel.  Her knowledge of the area and exceptional negotiating skills help make for a smooth transaction every time.  Her personal and professional character allow her to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why her business has grown from mostly referrals and repeat clients.  Utilizing today’s technology, expert marketing techniques and sheer determination, Carrie is ready to achieve your results!

Despite her busy schedule, Carrie makes time to give back to her community.  She is passionate about volunteering and most importantly her family.  Carrie and her husband, Matt reside in Lake City, Florida with their children.  

Matt Cason has been a resident of Columbia County for more than thirty years. His family has called this area home for over one hundred years, and he considers himself fortunate to have had the history of the area passed down through generations of family members.

Shayne was born and raised in Lake City and has enjoyed living and working there his entire life. Shayne and his wife currently reside in Lake City. He received his high school education and his Associates of Arts degree simultaneously. Shayne has always been involved with real estate and finance through his studies and through many family members in related businesses, and Shayne decided to join them in the real estate field by earning his real estate sales associate license in 2012. Shayne is very involved with Felowship of Christian Athletes, and he currently ministers to local high school students through this program.  His understanding of the region and a family history in real estate assist Shayne to be able to provide excellent service with an understanding for the local market area. Shayne is eager to help with any of your real estate needs. 

Ashley L. Judson is the office manager for Swift Creek Realty as well as a licensed sales assistant. Ashley is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the real estate office. Since joining Swift Creek Realty in 2009, Ashley has assisted the broker in site acquisitions for a national retailer.

Ashley has over 8 years experience in both residential and commercial real estate since starting her career with a developer in South Florida. In 2004 Ashley moved back to her home town in Clay County and worked for a national residential home builder as a sales associate prior to joining Swift Creek Realty.

Ms. Judson currently holds a Florida sales associates license and is in the process of obtaining her broker’s license. She is earning a degree in business administration from St. John’s River State College and is a member of the Northeast Florida Realtor Association.
