 Amber Roberts-Crawford was born a Union County resident, as many generations of her family. She graduated from Union County High School and continued her education at the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. After graduation, Amber applied her knowledge in the Marketing field to a career in Real Estate sales. During this time she gained experience in residential, acreage, and commercial sales. In 2006, Amber founded Swift Creek Realty and Investment Corporation. Amber is active with many local civic groups and acitivites, including the Lake Butler Rotary club, and serves as a member of the North Florida Regional Chamber of Comerce Board of Directors, the Florida Crown Workforce Board of Directors, and the North Florida Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors.

 Brian S. Crawford grew up working in construction and land improvement. As a young man he gained knowledge of the construction and real estate industries. At the early age of 18, Brian obtained his Building Contractor license. After returning home from College in Texas, Brian founded Concept Construction of North Florida, Inc. Brian combines his services to create a unique convenience for his customers, being able to assist them beginning with land acquisition, the design their project, and taking them all the way to Certificate of Occupancy. Today, Brian’s work ranges from building custom homes to commercial project management. He is the exclusive builder for Butler Manufacturing Company in Columbia and Baker Counties. In 2006, Brian became a sales associate with Swift Creek Realty.

 David Thomas has been a resident of Union County for more than thirty years. His family has called this area home for over one hundred years, and he considers himself fortunate to have had the history of the area passed down through generations of family members. David enjoys working in the Union, Bradford, Columbia, and Alachua County real estate markets, as well as the rest of North Florida as it allows him to "stay connected with old friends and have the opportunity to meet and assist new friends and families that are moving to this area". He has experience in many facets of the real estate industry, including environmental testing, site prep, and land improvement. David greatly enjoys working in the sales sector of real estate and is an asset to any real estate transaction. David joined the Swift Creek Realty sales team in 2007.
